SUSU does not issue refunds for tickets except under exceptional circumstances. In the event that you have bought a ticket but no longer intend to attend the event, SUSU is happy for you to resell your ticket to another student of Swansea University or the general public (if applicable).
Exceptional circumstances include but are not limited to an event that is subsequently cancelled, rescheduled or has a change of location.
In order to request a refund please log in to your SUSU account on our events website (Swansea Students' Union Events (swansea-union.co.uk))
Go to 'Bookings'
Select the event required
Select 'Cancel'
Enter the quantity of tickets required to refund
Enter a refund reason with an explanation of the situation
