Refunds for Purchases from Student Groups

For students who have made purchases from student groups such as sports clubs and societies, such as tickets or products, you may be eligible for a refund if desired. 

If you are a student looking for a refund, please reach out to the student group to request this. Student groups decide on a case-by-case basis if a refund will be given and whether or not it is a full or partial refund. 

To be able to process a refund the student group needs to submit a ticket with the following information: 

• Purchaser's full name
• Purchaser's student number
• Transaction ID
• Product name(s)
• Refund amount

Sport Swansea membership is mandatory for participating in any sports club at Swansea University. This membership is non-refundable.
