Get Active

Get ACTIVE  offers a comprehensive and inclusive programme of activities and events for students and staff at both Singleton Park and Bay Campus. As well as a core timetable of physical activity on campus, the programme also offers tasters, pop ups, challenges and coached sessions, covering a wide range of activities from walking and jogging to volleyball, boules or badminton, as well as opportunities to get offsite and make the most of the Welsh outdoors.

Free Registration

You'll need to register to Get ACTIVE before you can book a session. You'll only need to register once! Registration is completely Free of Charge for Swansea University students and staff, and the online registration form will take just a few minutes to complete:

Societies

Getting involved in a society is a great way of meeting new people and meeting people who share similar interests as you. With over 150 societies available there is plenty to choose from, with many societies offering taster days for new students to attend and get a feel for the society before signing up. Joining a society, despite being a lot of fun, also offers communities of support for students as well as transferable skills for future employment if you land yourself a space on the committee!

Sports Clubs

Whether you’re a complete novice, an aspiring world class athlete, or somewhere in between, Sport Swansea and the Students’ Union are here to support you through your journey.

Focused on having fun, staying healthy and building your community, our Get ACTIVE and Social Leagues programmes can help you meet new people and develop your social network (include hyperlink to social leagues page).

Our Sports Clubs are at the heart of the Swansea Uni experience, and whether you're a player, a supporter or a volunteer, everyone is welcome in our clubs.
