How to book out equipment?
Please ensure you reserve the equipment you want to use at least two weeks in advanced, to make sure that it available for the day you will need it.
All you need to do is contact the helpdesk with the following information:
- Name
- Student number
- Society
- What you will be using the equipment for
- How long will you need it (Keeping in mind you will have to pick it up and drop it off on a weekday between 9am – 5pm)
Once it has all been confirmed, come down to our offices in Faraday, where you will have to sign a disclaimer form.
That’s all you have to do!
Terms and Conditions
Upon taking out equipment, you have a week to return it to Faraday Offices on the date you stated. If you plan on keeping the equipment any longer, you must inform us. If you do not, a monetary charge will be applied in proportion to the original price of the equipment.
Upon damaging (does not include wear and tear) the equipment, a replacement charge will be applied in proportion to the original price of the equipment.
