Completion of a trip form is mandatory for all sports clubs who are attending overseas travel or an overnight trip. This must be completed 24 hours before departure.
For any regular day trips or overnight trips, it is also the responsibility of the committee to hold all the relevant and necessary information when a club trip is organised. Please see the trip guidance below.
